I think it is time, a KitchenAid mixer to add to my arsenal of cooking utensils. This is not something that will be used 24-7, but he is pleased if necessary. We bought the Heavy Duty 5 qt stand mixer, and got the extended warranty. We had a Kitchen Aid mixer for over 10 years, but twice we had a problem with the change of grinding our fault (we were a 6 Qt, as my son has been happy to make pizza!). Because we guarantee, has sent us a new Kitchen Aid mixer on both occasions. The last time we were updated with a professional 6 QT, because it was the only thing they could find in cobalt blue that I wanted.
I recommend the QT interval, or 5 or 6 Professional, if you regularly make pizza or bread, and do not forget the warranty! It is one of the best purchases we have made ever. We also have a meat grinder, which has repeatedly been implemented. The mixer is one of the best investment we ever made.

I have the Classic Kitchen Aid mixer. I use it for everything. Every year, I tried to add a component that the manufacturer of pulp and last year to add a shield to the dry ingredients added.
